Do traders lose their track record if they stop paying?
No. That is a core rule of the platform. Your profile, journal, synced record, and public history remain intact even if your paid subscription ends.
What does the paid plan unlock?
Pro adds automatic MT5 syncing, multi-account VPS connector support, advanced analytics, premium tools, and one included Gold Competition ticket for next month. Free members can still journal, backtest, and use the Manual JournalDock Sync Trades app.
Can Free members participate in the leaderboards?
Yes. Every member can build a public track record and participate on the overall leaderboard for free. Free members decide when to update it with the Manual JournalDock Sync Trades app. Gold is separate: it requires active Pro membership with a Gold ticket, or a separately purchased Gold ticket with temporary JournalDock VPS monitoring.
What happens when a paid subscription expires?
Premium perks can pause, but earned history stays. The platform charges for active services, not ownership of your past track record.
